Type of oil cooler
(1) air cooled engine oil cooler
The core of the air-cooled oil cooler is made up of many cooling tubes and cooling plates. When driving, the car can cool the hot oil cooler core with the wind facing the car. The air cooled oil cooler requires good ventilation around the car and it is difficult to ensure adequate ventilation on ordinary cars. This kind of cooler is mostly used in the car, because the speed of the car is high and the cooling air is large.
(2) water cooled oil cooler
The oil cooler is placed in the cooling water path, and the temperature of the lubricating oil is controlled by the temperature of the cooling water. When the temperature of the lubricating oil is high, the cooling water is cooled. When the engine is started, the heat absorbs the heat from the cooling water so that the lubricating oil can increase the temperature rapidly. The oil cooler consists of an aluminum alloy shell, a front cover, a rear cover and a copper core tube. In order to strengthen the cooling, a radiator is set outside the tube. The cooling water flows outside the tube, and the lubricating oil flows in the tube, and the heat exchange is carried out. There is also the structure of the flow of oil outside the tube and the flow of water in the tube.
